Message	by the terminology. It's a pressure test to check for leaks on the entire intake tract. Now, he mentioned in his original post that he noticed that the car is operating leaner under boost, which in my understanding would mean that if there is a leak, it should be after the MAF, but before the compressor outlet of the turbo. Makes sense?
